They have to manage internal change as well as external forces that impact on their business and cause change like new taxation laws, economic conditions, changes to product supply and demand forces and their competitor’s movements.

Change doesn’t have to be negative, in fact most change can be positive especially if the change is managed well.

Aims of the Program
Is to provide participants with an understanding of change management and managing change in any organisation.

To assist participants to acquire and develop skills and attributes associated with change in a workplace environment.

Participant Learning Outcomes
At the end of this program participants will be more effectively and efficiently able to:

  • Identify the impact of and obstacles to change.
  • Evaluate and consider recommended effective processes for change.
  • Define the role of change management in a work environment.
  • Identify people or groups who may be affected by proposed change in services, products or systems
  • Describe the impact of change on individuals, groups, cultures and associated.
  • Learn how to 'freeze and unfreeze' the business.

    Through  practical activities and case studies, participants will be able to demonstrate their understanding of change management and the methods used to manage change.  These scenarios will be tailored to their particular business environments.
