Overview
No business in the history of mankind has been able to stagnate and still exist. Any organisation you can think of is undergoing change right now. They have to manage internal change as well as external forces that impact on their business and cause change like new taxation laws, economic conditions, changes to product supply and demand forces and their competitor’s movements.
Change doesn’t have to be negative, in fact most change can be positive especially if the change is managed well.
Aims of the Program Is to provide participants with an understanding of change management and managing change in any organisation.
