Adelaide Office Opens

In January we will continue our growth with the opening of our new Adelaide office.

This local presence, with inter-office support, now gives us the strength and flexibility to deliver even better solutions Australia wide.

You will still only need one number when calling us,
1800 68 67 69, about your training needs from anywhere in Australia.

Of course you can still talk directly to Sydney on 02 9386 0055.

Our Corporate programs will continue to include;

  • Effective Team Building
  • Increased Sales
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Management Development
  • Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and many other programs designed specifically to your needs.

Donna Stevens is our contact in Adelaide office.  Donna brings with her a wealth of training experience.

The Booming Call Centre Industry

The call centre industry is growing at 25% a year, according to a recent article in the Australian Financial Review.

Today, 160, 000 people are employed in the call centre industry across 4000 sites.  That means we now have the highest ratio, world wide per 1000 people working in call centres.

We are finding the training demand for call centre training is growing at the same rate.

The growth is wonderful but if the industry keeps growing at this rate it will not be sustainable as the labour market will not be up to the task.

If our labour market is unable to meet the demand, it could see corporations going offshore to countries such as New Zealand or the Philippines.

Personally Speaking... Ho! Ho! Ho!

Thank you for your talks and support throughout this year.  We have trained and met literally hundreds of people.

Take care until our next ‘What’s Happening’ in February 2000.

Whatever is happening in your world I that hope it’s filled with fun and happiness.  We are very excited about next year with some big things happening, only the Olympics are bigger!

Bye Bye, and don’t let the Y2K bugs bite.

Kind regards,
Sam Day
