Virginia Morris - Philanthropic Leadership Specialist

Virginia brings a unique combination of coaching, facilitation, consulting and an extensive corporate marketing background spanning several industries, including retail, food and beverage, airlines, publishing and tourism.

With more than 15 years managing and growing some of the world’s largest corporate brands as a senior marketing executive, she brings leadership development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) together. She currently develops leaders who are committed to community, profitability and long-term sustainability both for their companies and the societies in which they operate.

Her ability to work effectively across cultures stems from this experience and her linguistic abilities in Japanese, Cantonese and English.
Virginia has held senior global and Asia Pacific regional positions with Starbucks Coffee International, The Economist Group, Eye Corp, Air New Zealand, Ansett Australia, Tourism Australia and Cunard Line.

Virginia’s professional qualifications include:

•  Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching (Newfield Institute)
•  Master of Commerce, majoring in International Business and Business Mandarin (UNSW)
•  Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Advanced Japanese Studies (UNSW)

Virginia is a Visiting Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics MBA program at The University of Hong Kong. She is also a Board Member for KELY Support Group, a School Councillor (governing board) for South Island School, a University of Hong Kong Mentor for Undergraduates, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
