Tina Monk – Executive Coach Specialist

Tina is an executive coach and facilitator who, for the past 23 years has consulted to the corporate, public and community sectors to assist individuals, teams and organisations to achieve outstanding results.

Tina holds lifetime accreditation in the Human Synergistics’ development tools, the Life Styles Inventory. Leadership Impact and the AMA DISC Model. She is an accredited practitioner in the Leadership Circle and her coaching training was with Results Coaching Systems.

Tina is noted for her ability to quickly grasp and deal with the complex issues facing individuals and organisations, making her an ideal consultant in a variety of contexts. She works with the underlying beliefs and mindsets that drive individual behaviour and the impact that these behaviours have on corporate culture. The outcomes for clients are improved employee engagement, increased discretionary effort & productivity - all of which positively impact the organisational bottom line.

While Tina is a compassionate coach, she also challenges people in a way that helps them dig deeper into themselves to draw on inner resources that they may not have previously acknowledged.

Drawing on her academic background in the social and behavioural sciences, Tina helps people to focus on and expand their strengths, using the latest findings from neuro-science, positive psychology and with a solution-focused approach. This helps clients to increase their self-awareness and allows them to transform and realise their full potential.
