About Libby

Happening People Sam Day

Libby Kostromin – Facilitator and Coach

Libby is a role model consultant who brings an engaging blend of clarity and creativity to her work with leaders at individual, group, organisation and industry levels. Her consulting approach embodies a belief that open, trust-based working relationships—with clients and stakeholders alike—are central to success, irrespective of the organisation or industry.

Libby's passions and expertise relate to enabling organisational change through effective leadership. Her primary work is with the development of self-aware, courageous leaders – those ready and willing to offer their integrated, authentic self to their role as a leader.

For recent leadership development strategies and programmes in the health, finance, manufacturing and biopharmaceutical industries, Libby emphasised adaptive, authentic and transformative approaches – exploring the vital relationship between the leader's self, and the leadership role within a complex, changing system.

Underpinning all aspects of her consulting practice is Libby's interest in the integration of work and spirit. Exploring how, when we bring our whole selves to the work we do, we are able to feel more purposeful and more fulfilled, to develop more successful work-based relationships, and to improve business outcomes for our organisations as a result..
